GENERAL INFORMATION

What type of metals do you use? High quality sterling silver, 14k gold filled, and 14k rose gold filled metals are used for all components of the designs. Plated metals are never used and all of the supplies are sourced from North America to ensure a high quality material.

What is 14k gold filled? 14k gold filled material consists of a bonded layer of 14k gold instead of a microscopic film which is used with plated metals. Using 14k gold filled material ensures the product is tarnish resistant, strong, and will not wear off over time. This is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry for those looking for a more cost effective option. When taken care of correctly the product will last for years to come.

How should I properly care for my jewelry? Moisture, excessive perspiration, salt water, chlorine, perfume, lotion, and makeup may damage fine jewelry. Use the supplied polishing pad to polish and restore shine by applying gentle even pressure across the surface of the metal, you may also use a soft eyeglass or lens cleaning cloth.

Is the bar included in the total length of the design? Yes it is, please be sure to consider this when selecting your final length.

Can you stamp on both sides of the pendant? Every custom design we create is truly one of a kind as every character is stamped individually by hand, however please note hand stamping requires a level of impact which does not accommodate both sides of the pendant to be stamped.

SHIPPING

What is your estimated production time? Orders take on average 3 to 5 business days to complete prior to shipping, however this may be subject to change during high volume times.

How long does shipping take? For standard local shipping (BC) expect 3 to 5 business days, for other provinces within Canada expect 7 to14 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, please send us a message with your shipping address to receive a quote and estimated shipping times.

Will I be notified once my order has shipped? Yes, an email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the nature of a custom order being created specifically for you we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any custom design. However please email us as soon as possible if you feel we have made a mistake on your order and we would be happy to fix it.

What if my chain breaks? We are dedicated to ensure your design is produced with the upmost quality supplies however we intentionally select delicate chain for design purposes. If your chain breaks we would be happy to replace it for you however please note you will be responsible for associated shipping costs and a $20 replacement fee.

What if I don't like the length of my necklace? Please be sure to take exact measurements prior to placing your order to avoid any issues with the length of your design. We would be happy to adjust the length of your chain at any time however please note you will be responsible for associated shipping costs in addition to a $10 reworking fee.
